LONELY ROADS

Written by Chris Molitor, Rene Cruz III, DAVID POWELL

Take me to the places I knew when I was Young and thought that there was more than this old town
I’ll show you the faces that drew me from my home and sent me out from these hollowed grounds

Lonely Roads…Are the ones that take you home.
They’re all you know. Consistent company of stone.

Take me home, oh wild soul
There’s a song I wrote but I can’t sing along
Take me home, take me home
Oh there’s more to find when you’re not on your own
My Heart can’t rest in the arms of the open road

Falling for you, it got the best of me. Telling stories. Campfires out in the streets
I remember what it was like to be free. Running wild, I never thought I had to leave.
I’m so naïve.
