PORTLAND

Written by chris molitor

Won't you come with me.
Northbound we can be
Free of all cares, I will drive you there
Fueled on coffee and nicotine.

The trees they pass us by.
Mountains on all sides.
Where will we go? Only Oregon knows.
It's a Northwestern lullaby.

I'm just a dreamer.
A Poet who needs to find love in more than just words.
I drove to Portland to muster the courage to say
I love you girl.

Strollin' through vintage stores.
What's mine it could be yours.
I bought us a chair and I'll sit right there
Wondering what our home will be.

I'm just a dreamer.
A Poet who needs to find love in more than just words.
I drove to Portland to muster the courage to say
I love you girl.
